1.) Current Situation
We seek to gain an understanding of your current situation. How the business operates, what it does well, what it struggles with, current level of success, what you want to change, etc.
2.) Define Goals
Help you identify where you want to go. Narrowing down your focus to a few clearly defined goals. Do you want to reach a certain revenue, profit margin, level of automation, just work less, etc.
3.) Identify OBSTACLES
Identify obstacles currently preventing you from achieving this goals. Is there something that needs to change or be done differently. Once we know what is preventing you from achieving your goals, it will make it easier to create a plan of action.
4.) PLAN of Action
Create actionable plan for achieving set goals. This is where the big picture goal is broken down into manageable chunks. When it is broken down, it eliminates the overwhelm that can come with massive change
5.) Massive action
You take action and complete each chunk. Action is better than inaction, and what you will need in order for change to take place. There’s two people; one strives for perfection and doesn’t take action until they believe they have the best solution, the other person tries stuff and sees what works best - striving for continuous improvement. The person who takes action will end up with the best result. They had failure, but they learned from it and strived to do better.
Adjustments are made to the plan to correct course so we head in the right direction. Issues will arise and things won’t work as planned, so we adjust and overcome them.

For those who are the right fit for this program, they will be invited to join us. We are limited to the number of clients we can work with in this program, as we are restricted by time, therefore we only work with people who are excited to work with us.
This is a one on one experience. The program consists of twice monthly meetings, where will discuss how everything is going, current obstacles faced, and how to overcome them. You will come away with an action plan to execute after each call. If anything comes up between the scheduled meetings, we’re here to help.
